How It Works
- A non-selective muscarinic receptor antagonist (M-antagonist) for the treatment of progressive myopia
- Offers a modulated and sustained myopic rebound compared to 0.5% and 0.1% atropine concentrations
- Slows the growth of vitreous chamber depth, which in turn decelerates axial length increase
- More effective in slowing myopia progression with fewer visual side effects compared with higher doses of atropine
